Become a successful person

No matter how old you are, where you’re from or what you do for a living, we all share something in common—a desire to be successful. Each person’s definition of success is different, however, as some may define success as being a loving and faithful spouse or a caring and responsible parent, while most people would equate success with wealth, fame, and power.
We all want to achieve success so we could live a comfortable life—have financial freedom, drive a nice car, and live in a beautiful house. However, although success can be achieved, it does not come easy.

1.Think big & Imagine becoming successful

Einstein said the imagination is more important than knowledge. The more vividly and accurately you imagine your success, the easier it will be for the rest of yourself to follow through. The same way engineers first imagine a bridge and then build it, you can be the engineer of your success, too.

2.Find what you love to do and just do it
Cultivate a healthy motivation when imagining your success. Successful people all believe in themselves and their missions. At the same time, you do not want to alienate other people with extreme narcissism. Understand that other people want to be just as successful as you do; your goal should not be to trample over them to get what you want.
Identify the things you love to do, the things that give you satisfaction. Once you identify what you love to do, use this information to find the purpose of your life or the objective of your life.

3.Learn how to balance life

Successful people know exactly when they should change employers, start a company or fold their company. They have good intuition and aren’t afraid to make hard choices, despite opposing forces.

4. Do not be afraid of failure

"Failure" – A Matter of Perspective

It's almost impossible to go through life without experiencing some kind of failure. People who do so probably live so cautiously that they go nowhere. Put simply, they're not really living at all.
The wonderful thing about failure is that it's entirely up to us to decide how to look at it.
We can choose to see failure as "the end of the world," or as proof of just how inadequate we are. Or, we can look at failure as the incredible learning experience that it often is. Every time we fail at something, we can choose to look for the lesson we're meant to learn. These lessons are very important; they're how we grow, and how we keep from making that same mistake again. Failures stop us only if we let them.
It's easy to find successful people who have experienced failure.
Failure can also teach us things about ourselves that we would never have learned otherwise. For instance, failure can help you discover how strong a person you are. Failing at something can help you discover your truest friends, or help you find unexpected motivation to succeed.
Often, valuable insights come only after a failure. Accepting and learning from those insights is key to succeeding in life.

5. Have an unwavering resolution to succeed & strong focus

People who experience success know how to concentrate. They realize that they cannot do everything and they focus on the activities that will give them the highest return on the goals they want to achieve. They don’t believe in the hype of multi-tasking and they know that the fastest way to finish your to-do’s is doing them one at a time

6. Be a man of action

Extraordinary people are always prepared. They not only have a plan B but also a Plan C, D, E and F. They mentally rehearse and visualize the possibilities vividly so that when the actual situation occurs, their brains will “remember” what to do.
They view their job descriptions as just the beginning of what they can do with their job. After they’ve completed their mandatory tasks, they will always ask to take on more projects that challenge them. They are even willing to take on the tedious work that no one else wants to do in order to be a team player.

7. Avoid conflicts & Flexible

One misconception that ordinary people have about persevering is staying the course no matter what. This is true only if the reason for pursuing your goal is still valid. Most successful people became successful doing something different from what they initially intended to do (i.e. Steve Jobs started with computers, went into the animation and really made his comeback with the iPod). This is normal because the world is always changing and they know a lot more now than when they started. Successful people know that if their reasons for doing what they are doing changes, there is no point to continue.

8. Don't be afraid to share your ideas.

1. Other people can bring your idea to the next level.
They can help you sharpen your rough idea by asking difficult questions and by pointing out what can be (and often nééds to be) improved. Two people are wiser than one. Others might know about products and services you never knew existed. These products and services could compete with your concept, but they might just as well be complimentary.

2. Others are too busy protecting their own ideas anyway
Why would other people bother trying to steal your idea? They are likely much too busy thinking about their own ‘brilliant’ schemes. You were there when the idea was born, and you know exactly why it is so incredibly brilliant. Other people however might not love your brain child the way you do…
3. Implementing an idea is hard work
How often do you actually follow through and implement an idea? Exactly. So why would someone else (who knows you already put a lot of thought into it) try to execute YOUR idea? Even most big corporations rather buy a start-up with potential, than trying to build something similar themselves.
4. Sharing an idea makes you more likely to act
Sharing your idea with the world increases the chances of you acting on it. If the people around you know about your big idea, they will keep asking you how things are coming along. These little inquiries might just be the nudges you need. The mere fact that others keep harassing you about your progress will pressure you into taking action.
5. Talking about your idea makes your story sharper
Every time you’re sharing your idea, you’re putting thought into it. Your plan WILL get sharper ever time. Convincing yourself is not an issue. Convincing the rest of the world however, does require some tweaking of your elevator pitch here and there.

9. Believe in your capacity to succeed.

This is what helps successful people take action. Like the chicken and the egg, confidence helps you achieve your goals which in turn makes you more confident. A great way to be confident is remembering your past successes and overcoming your fear of failer. Signs of confidence include empowering others, not taking critisum personally, and understanding that the first time you do something is always the hardest and all subsequent times WILL get easier. Success is the combination of confidence with competence

10. Always maintain a positive mental attitude.

Extraordinary people have realistic optimism. Realistic because they take action and optimistic because no matter what the result may be, they believe their success is inevitable. They believe that  like a child learning to walk, they need to take action first and then modify the action according to the feedback that they get. This positive attitude allows them to persevere and be resilient when things don’t go their way.

11. Be willing to work hard.
It is never too late: if you are willing to work hard
We’ve all heard the phrase “No risk. No reward.” but how many of us really take the risk necessary to get the reward we want? Not many but for those who do, they are the ones who make it and become successful. Successful people have the courage to begin AND the courage to continue. They are willing to not only bet but go “all in” on themselves. They are not afraid to burn bridges if it means moving forward.

12. Be brave enough to follow your intuition & enjoy hardwork and stay happy
